If you enter more than 2 events your entry will be deleted. \n150m\, 300m\, 400m\, 800m\, 3000m LJ & Shot \nU13’s U15’s\, U17’s\, U20’s\, Seniors & Masters \nSenior Athletes to attend meeting alone. Coaches can only attend with prior agreement. \nAll races to be seeded prior to competition & timetable sent to each athlete on Thursday April 29th with time of race/event. The email will contain instructions for how the competition will run to maintain safety for athletes\, officials\, track staff & volunteers \nWhere possible athletes to provide their own Shot. \nNO ENTRIES ACCEPTED ON THE DAY No exception. No Refunds –  \nHealth & Safety Issues related to Inclement weather may mean the meeting is cancelled. \n£ 6 per entry for SLAN competitors. £8 per entry for Non SLAN competitors
