At the Spectrum Guildford hosted an Alder Valley Girls league meeting and although the Gees had few winners there were many encouraging results from athletes not used to being in the scoring team and the Club finished the afternoon in second place.
Jessica Hall, a few days earlier, had set a new Club U17 pole vault record when she went over 3m10 but at Guildford she only had to clear 3.00m to win the A event . There was success in the sprint hurdles with Marcey Winter and Anna Brophy taking the U17 A and B events and Alexandra Mearns the U15 A race.

Isabel Stitt in her first race for the Club won the A U15 300m while the U17 4 x100m relay team of Paris Joseph, Jessica Hall, Katie Ellis and MarceyWinter completed the afternoon's competition.
