9x paced Mile races

All races will be seeded based on SB/PB of entrants – to be confirmed once entries close

All are welcome, whether you just fancy giving the historic mile distance a go or you’ve been running for years and looking for a new PB  

Timetable

Race 1 – 6:15pm

Race 2 – 6:30pm

Race 3 – 6:45pm

Race 4 – 7:00pm

Race 5 – 7:10pm

Race 6 – 7:20pm

Race 7 – 7:30pm

Race 8 – 7:40pm

Race 9 – 7:50pm

Entries

£10 per athlete 

Age groups – U15, U17, U20 & Senior

Entries will close Friday 26 July or once capacity reached

Anti-Doping

An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/their self, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the licence holder is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK
