Track and Field
Younger athletes compete successfully in a number of leagues, the boys (under 17 under 15 and under 13) in the Ebbisham and Alder Valley leagues and the girls (under13, under15 and under 17) in the Lily B and Alder Valley leagues.
The boys and girls ( under 15 and under 13) join together in the National Youth Development League, as do the men and women (under 17 & under 20s).
There is opportunity for all athletes irrespective of ability to compete in a non-scoring capacity in all these leagues except the National Youth Development League.

Cross Country
Cross Country training for the younger age groups is incorporated in the regular Tuesday and Thursday training sessions . There are also opportunities for the adult athletes to also train on these days and on Sunday mornings.
There is opportunity to compete in the Surrey Cross Country League at age-groups from U13 and upwards as well as county, southern and national level.
