Juniors – U13

The girls got off to a solid start with a 7th place as a team with a fantastic performance from Emily E to finish 4th. The boys doing slighly better with a 6th place team result.

Juniors – U15/U17

The U15/U17 boys again recorded a good performance in what looks to be a competitive league coming in mid table. The U15 girls recorded a 6th place putting them in a good position to push on in the upcoming fixtures.

Senior Ladies

The senior ladies kicked off their season with a flying start – Suzie Monk coming tantalisingly close to winning the event but instead having to settle for 2nd (we’re sure she’ll be back to pick up a win later in the season!) backing up Suzie was a brilliant performance by Carolyne Baxter (5th), Hannah Knights (28th) and Sam Ludlow Taylor (35th) and Naomi Maini (38th). Sixteen ladies competed for the Gees, which we believe is our largest ever turnout (by some margin!) Well done all!

Senior Men

Guildford’s men had a solid start to the league season with a mid-table 5th place finish. Once again, the team were led home by John Sanderson, who finished 2nd. John was backed up well by 2nd claimer Freddie Hessian (5th), Tom Foster (16th), George Dollner (23rd), Matt McDaniel (39th), Dan Wallis (61st), Sam Begg (71st), James Harvey (75th), Mark Tennyson (84th) and Ethan Kendall (98th). In all, 26 Guildford men completed the fast undulating five mile route. Expect more mud in the coming months…
